The platform is pre-loaded with latest SFIA framework. Your organisation's position descriptions, incorporating SFIA competencies can be loaded into the platform. There is also capability to load additional frameworks to cover other skills such as leadership.
Each employee is provided with a secure logon and can self-assess competencies against the SFIA Framework. Employees can also add evidence to support their assessments. Assessments can then be submitted to their supervisor who will receive an automated email notification. Assessments can then form the basis of performance management discussions, planning of training and learning interventions and career planning.
Assessments can be periodically updated by the employee as desired. Functionality can also be provided to allow employees to self-assess against other positions in the business.
SFIAassess allows your organisation to build up a library of learning interventions aligned with SFIA skills and levels. Intervention options may include training courses, workshops, reading, mentoring or specific on-the-job experience.
Once loaded, the learning interventions can be directly accessed by employees and managers from within the assessment to display options related to improving a particular skill.
